IC3 CERTIFICATION

WHEN :


During the 2006-2007 school year, 12 – 15 pilot sites will be selected to begin getting ready to implement the ICT program. The pilot year of implementation will be during the 2007-2008 school year. After the pilot program is implemented, a 4-year phase-in process will begin. 



HOW MUCH DOES IT COST :

The cost of the IC3 certification is around $30.00 per exam. There is a total of 3 exams. Some testing sites offer discounts because they purchase their exams in bulk.

You can take it online for a free trial on ant website you search for it on or you can just buy the software and take it on there .

A) What did you learn this Semester in Computer Fundamentals?
I learned how to bookmark my favorite pages when i don't actually know the name to it if i forget. I also learned how to work a mac computer because i never had one and actually worked one. Also Learned whats in a mac computer and how to work it .



B) How these new skill would help you achieve your long term goals?

it will help me achieve my long term goal because it will help me organize my work and studies. this new skill will help me achieve my long term goal because when I'm a lawyer o judge I'm going to probably be starting out with an internship and start with a mac computer and i will know how to work it because i learned how to use it back in high school
 
C)Why is technology important for any career you would be pursuing?(give examples

  Technology is  important for any career i would be pursuing in life because whats a job without technology . You wouldn't get anywhere in life if you don't have technology beside you . Technology is important because you need it to organize and set things up when you need it . I think that technology is a gift for everyone because they will go more further in what they do with the help of technology.

D) What other technology skill would you like to learn in the immediate future?
How to make things and pictures movies in a 3D 4D and 5D effect . I also what to learn a technology skill of typing fast without making any mistakes if that's possible . Another technology skill i would like to learn is to try and fix computers with virus and other major problems that shut down computers.


E) What Academy major would you follow for the rest of your high school career? (Multimedia, Cisco, Apple, Programing, or General Tech?)
Multimedia because i like to make videos and or movies and it will probably most likely make me famous one day . Also i would like to do multimedia because i like to create things and have a big mind to do something i think will be greatly founded one day.

3 JOBS AND COLLEDGE`S I WANT TO ATTEND :

Pediatrican  :

Applicants must have completed:
  • Biology
    • One academic year** of general biology or zoology with lab
  • Chemistry
    • One academic year of general/inorganic chemistry with lab
    • One academic year of advanced chemistry, two quarters or one semester of which must be organic chemistry with lab. The other quarter or semester may be fulfilled by any advanced chemistry course (lab not necessary).
    • Biochemistry is strongly recommended.
  • Physics
    • One academic year of physics with lab
  • English
    • One academic year of English or whatever portion in the academic year is required for the baccalaureate degree in an accredited college or university.
    ** one academic year is equal to two semesters, three quarters, or two quarters and a semester
